Busy Night planned? In less than 15 minutes you could be dining on tender kielbasa in a tangy sauce with sweet pineapple and the zest of mandarin oranges. This is one of my favorites for a quickie dinner. * 1 bottle LaChoy Sweet-n-Sour Sauce
* 1 can pineapple chunks, un-drained
* 1 can mandarin
* 2 kielbasas, cut into 1" chunks
Place kielbasa and sweet and sour sauce in a medium size saucepan. Pour pineapple chunks into the kielbasa (reserve a bit of the juice to rinse out the bottle of sweet and sour sauce into the pot as well!). Heat over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, add mandarin orange segments and simmer 8-10 minutes on low.Great with Mashed or Riced Potatoes.
