Southeastern Chicken Stew Whilst enjoying the company of neighbors at a good ole' fashioned bonfire, our tastebuds had the extreme pleasure of this filling, hearty stew. An enticing combination of shredded chicken, chilis, cilantro, diced tomatoes, corn and seasonings make this a wonderful warming choice on a cool day.

      You'll
      Need:

1 or 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
      4-6 cups Chicken Broth
2 cans black Beans, drained & rinsed
      2 c. Frozen Corn
      1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chili's, un-drained
1 large can diced tomatoes, undrained
      1 onion, finely diced
      1 T. Hot Chili Powder
      1 tsp Cilantro (dried)

Dump everything into the crockpot, turn it to high and leave it alone for an hour or 2! The enticing aroma will spread throughout the house and everyone will be waiting at the slow cooker with bowls in hand!

For many people struggling to maintain a budget, the cost of groceries is the only major expense in their control that can be drastically reduced without feeling a negative impact on their lifestyle.
