• Brazillian Beans and Rice with over easy egg

      Brazillian Beans and Rice, seasoned with onion, garlic and a touch of chili powder for a little kick, served over hot rice and topped with an egg, over easy. This delicious filling dish is simple to prepare, just dump into the crockpot.

      Salt to taste
      Pepper to taste
      Onion Salt to taste
      Garlic powder
      to taste
      1 T Worcestershire sauce
      ½ lb Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
      Chili powder to taste
      2 cans Pinto beans

      2 cups Hot Cooked Rice

      Put all contents into crock pot minus the rice. Cook on low for 2 hours. If you'd like you can add the bacon grease to the crockpot as well.
      Once beans are nice and soft take a potato masher and 1/4 of the mixture from the crock pot and mash it up. Return everything to the crock pot for another hour.


      Serve hot over rice with over easy egg on top for each person.
