In addition to the meat we picked up several fresh pineapples, mangoes, kiwi fruit and fixings for salads.
Monday 28th
Happy Memorial Day, Veterans & Servicemen and Women, we Salute you & Thank you for your service. Plans with extended family/friends.
Tuesday 29th:
* Breakfast: Jam Breakfast Bars
* Lunch: Peanut Butter & Pickle sandwiches (my Favorite!!)
* Dinner: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Garlic Bread , garden salad
Wednesday 30th:
* Breakfast: Oatmeal or Cereal
* Lunch: Meatball Subs
* Dinner: Beef Kebabs, sweet potato fries
Thursday 31st:
* Breakfast: Egg Scramble Wraps (Cheese, eggs, diced onions/green peppers)
* Lunch: Cucumber Sandwiches
* Dinner: Brazillian Beans and Rice with over easy egg
Friday 1st:
* Breakfast: Tropical Mixed Fruit (Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi, Cantaloupe)
* Lunch: Salad, Tuna Sandwich
* Dinner: Bacon Spinach Rotini
Saturday 2nd:
* Breakfast: Veggie Tomato Omelets, toast
* Lunch: Leftover Bacon Spinach Rotini
* Dinner: Taco Burrito's (Wraps with Taco Meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos)
Sunday 3rd:
* Breakfast: Tropical Mixed Fruit (Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi, Cantaloupe)
* Lunch: Leftover Wraps
* Dinner: Catfish Stew, Cornbread
Various Snacks:
* Fresh Fruit- Mango, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Blueberries, Blackberries
* Hard Boiled Eggs
* Black Raspberry Cream Pie
Drinks Included:
* Iced Tea (Sweet Tea)

Our own garden is producing cucumbers and fresh tomatoes! For those that are just joining our weekly menus, we do raise our own chickens (for fresh eggs) and get about a dozen per day- So if you're noticing a large number of eggs in our menu plans, that's why!
