Tandoori Chicken Tandoori chicken is one of the most famous Indian foods. This simple dish is marinated in yogurt that has been seasoned with garlic, ginger and various hearty spices for an authentic Indian flavor that is easily reproduced at home.
Tandoori chicken is frequently a deep red. This can be achieved by
adding additional paprika before serving. Some restaurants actually add red food coloring, but we didn't feel the need to do so.

    You'll Need:
2-3 large chicken breasts cut into strips
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp garam masala
    1 1/2 tsp Paprika

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garam masala, and paprika- mixing well.
