Tailgater sticky ballsTailgater's Sticky turkey balls are the ultimate cocktail meatball recipe!
If you don't have half an hour to make your own meatballs, you can use pre-made meatballs in this recipe as well. Generally when we make them, we use ground turkey rather than ground beef.

      You'll Need:
      2 lbs of Meatballs
      1
      Jar Apricot Preserves/Jam
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix (or 5 Tbs Homemade mix)

Apricot Turkey BallsCombine preserves and jam in a large saucepan over medium heat, mixing well. Bring to a simmer, add cooked meatballs, fold gently to coat the meatballs without breaking them. Reduce heat, simmer until meatballs are heated throughout.

      Serve with Cocktail Skewers

Or if you want to turn this into a full meal for a family, serve over hot steamed rice for a quick, delicious dinner.

If you want to kick it up a notch, add 1 finely diced (seeded) jalapeno pepper to the sauce while it is simmering, before adding the meatballs.

The average family of 4 in the United States spends more than $700 a month on groceries alone. In the “2012 Family Guide to Groceries under $250 a Month" the author outlines how and where to cut grocery expenses to get spending under control while opening the consumers eyes to little known dirty manipulation tactics employed by retailers to seduce unsuspecting customers into spending sprees.

For many people struggling to maintain a budget, the cost of groceries is the only major expense in their control that can be drastically reduced without feeling a negative impact on their lifestyle. Liss explains in detail how to make simple changes that will not only pinch pennies, but help pinch Benji’s too!
