A few things I'd like to share: We raise chickens an are currently getting nearly 2 dozen eggs per day, so we incorporate them into the menu plan quite often. We are still harvesting fresh jalapenos (& canning them!), eggplant, figs, watermelon and sweet potatoes from our garden, as well as a few sporadic bell peppers.
