Need an appetizer for game day? This delicious pesto and cheese filled pull-apart bread is just the thing! You'll Need:
1 c. pesto sauce
1 loaf of Italian Bread
2 c Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Preheat the oven to 400F
Place the bread on a cutting board and cut into slices, but do not cut

Turn the loaf lengthwise and cut into 3 long slices, without cutting through the bottom of the bread.

Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spritz lightly with olive oil or cooking spray. Place the bread on the prepared pan.
Spread Pesto Sauce evenly throughout the bread slices. (Sorry - I don't have a photo for you because I only have 2 hands and this can get messy!)
Once the pesto has been evenly spread between the slices throughout the bread, distribute the mozzarella cheese throughout the bread between each slice.

Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Wrap securely with tinfoil.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400F, remove from oven, cut a slit in the top of the tin foil and peel it back (carefully- the steam will be hot!) Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes to brown the cheese lightly. Remove from oven, transfer to plate or cutting board

Serve!
