From the above groceries, plus a few basic seasoning staples in your pantry you could easily create the following Meal Plan:

Breakfast:

• Cottage Cheese w/ Fresh Fruit (Apples/Pears or Grape halves)
• French Toast or eggs
• Cinnamon Apple Pancakes or Spiced Pear Waffles
• Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits
• Apple Butterhorns
• Donut Muffins
• Cereal or Cereal Bars

Lunch & Dinner Ideas:

• American Chop Suey, garlic parmesan swirl biscuits (Repeat for lunch next day)
• Healthy Chicken Nachos (use shredded cooked chicken in place of beef)
• Shepherds Pie, Biscuits (Use the ground turkey & Frozen corn) make extra biscuits for breakfast next day)
• Cajun Pork Roast, Rosemary Roasted Carrots, Salad (Leftover Pulled pork sandwiches for lunch next day)
• Cabbage Chicken Saute, rolls
• Chicken Salad Sandwiches or wraps (Lunches)
• Tuna Grape Salad Wraps (lunches)
• Chinese Chop Suey (using the remaining 1 lb of chicken), rice, celery & onions
• Honey Chipotle Sticky Chicken - Salad

We highly recommend checking out your local farmers markets to take advantage of in season produce deals. You can blanche/freeze, dry or home can a wide range of fruits & veggies for your family at minimal cost. Co-Ops are wonderful places for getting fresh produce at reasonable prices.
