Fried Ice Cream Ramen If you love the taste of Fried Ice Cream- but hate the long drawn out process of making your own, you'll Adore Fried Ice Cream Ramen! Sweet honey with crisp sauteed ramen with a slight nutty almond essence over vanilla ice cream served drizzled with chocolate is hard to resist at any age!

      Ingredients
      Needed:

      • 1 pkg Ramen Noodles, any flavor, finely crushed (seasoning packet set aside for another recipe)
      • 8 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, divided into individual bowls (2 scoops per bowl)
      • 1/4 c. almonds, finely chopped
      • 1/2 cup honey
      • 4 Tbs Chocolate Syrup
      • Whipped cream, optional
      • 2 Tbs Butter
saute ramenHeat butter in a small skillet, adding dry, crushed ramen noodles. Saute the ramen until crispy and lightly brown.

honey nut ramenReduce heat slightly and add honey to the sauteed ramen, stirring gently until it starts to bubble. Add finely chopped almonds. Pour over 4-6 bowls- each containing Double scoops of vanilla ice cream.

fried ice cream topping Drizzle each "Fried Ice cream" with 1 tablespoon of Chocolate syrup. Add a dollop of whip cream to the top and serve immediately. This recipe is QUITE rich, in the photos I was out of almonds and decided to use walnuts (finely chopped) in it's place, + 1 tsp of almond extract.

The almond flavor really brings out the Authentic Fried Ice Cream taste, so it's important to include it regardless of what kind of nut you choose.
