8 oz softened Cream Cheese
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices Bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp ground cumin
Mix the chopped jalapeno peppers and bacon in a shallow bowl. In a another bowl (or stand mixer) combine the cream cheese, garlic, cheese, parsley, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and cumin, mixing well until it's smooth and all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Add the Cheddar cheese and HALF of the Jalapeno pepper/bacon mixture. Mix well and form the mixture into a ball by scraping down the sides.
Roll the cheeseball in the remaining chopped jalapeno pepper and bacon mixture until it's completely covered. Cover tightly for about an hour or so priorcat_autoad_first
