Do you plan for leftovers?

When I plan my menu for the week I know there is at least one meal that will be made into another meal. If I plan to cook a roast one day, I know we'll be having a lentil soup within a couple of days. If I have left over chicken - soup again, or buffalo chicken pizza - depending on how much we have. Stir fry's, wraps, and salads are also a way we stretch our food without feeling like we're eating the same meal all week. Plus, it allows me to plan a quick easy meal for a day we have more going on.
