  3. I guess I don't understand your question- the vegetables are listed in the menu- and also in the notes. There is salad stuff, tomatoes, cukes, pineapple, etc. As it states in the notes at the bottom, *Several of the vegetables listed were purchased (or homegrown) when they were in season, vacuum sealed and frozen. We do our best to purchase fruits & vegetables in season and either can, freeze or dehydrate them for later consumption.
  4. I don't mean to sound stupid here, but what are the vegetables you have in the first recipe of the $50 Weekly Menu? I can tell you have pineapples, cucumbers. Are there also tomatoes.
