8-12 hard boiled eggs

1 c. Water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp pickling spice

Combine water, sugar, vinegar and spices in a medium saucepan over med high heat. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Place eggs in a large canning jar, pour hot pickling liquid over the eggs. Cover and refrigerate. Let eggs sit 48 hours before munching them.
