* 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 3 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
* 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
* Salt and freshly milled black pepper

In a bowl combine cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth, add remaining ingredients. Mix Well, Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

Excellent on crackers, veggies, as filling for celery
