Tuna Melt
Mix a can of drained tuna with a bit of mayo & mustard (to your taste preference). Spread it onto a slice of bread and top with a piece of cheese. I prefer to use Swiss Cheese for this, but any kind you have will do nicely.
Bake it until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is toasty. Makes 4
