8 chicken legs
2 tbsp honey mixed
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1 lime, juice and zest (or 3 tbsp lime juice)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce

Dump everything into the crockpot, stir to coat chicken, Cook on low 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked all the way through.

Serve with rice or seasoned potato wedges for a filling dinner!
