2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into Strips

Combine the following & mix well to make Batter:

1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup chicken broth (Swanson)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup self-rising flour

Dip the chicken in the batter and fry in hot oil. While the chicken is frying combine the following in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup any BBQ sauce
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1 - 2 tsp of Chipotle Pepper Seasoning (McCormicks!)
Two drops lemon juice (optional)
