Week #40 Grocery Notes: Welcome to week #40 of our $50 weekly grocery budget! Fall is one of my favorite times of year, so many delicious morsels to bake, recipes to try ! This weeks menu focuses on a lovely fresh fall bounty that includes sweet potatoes, jalapenos and green peppers from our garden. I picked up the following: lettuce, tomatoes, celery, apples, raspberries, cabbage, and a massive pumpkin from the local farmers market; Then headed to my favorite haunt for milk, bread, cream cheese, sour cream, oatmeal, frozen blueberries, and beef. Total spent $48.72
