Cut all of your vegetables ahead of time and store them in individual containers in the fridge, rather than mixing them all together in a salad. This makes it easier to make quick wraps with tortillas, additions to sandwiches & helps keep the salad from wilting from soft veggies like bell peppers and cucumbers.
