  1. Hi! I am in Spokane, WA 99208 and have a family of seven. The cost of food is absolutely a budget-buster for us. I know that people eat for far less than we do, and feeling the need to reign in the spending.

    I need family friendly meals-we are a meat n potatoes/tatie tot casserole/taco kind of family.
    We shop at Fred Meyers often, there is Albertsons, Rosauers, Yokes, Wal Mart, and more. Many options, I just haven’t figured out how to cook on the cheap! 🙂

    i eat anything and so does my 3 year old son but my husband is starting to eat healthy, also my 8 year old son is the pickest eater ever and has to eat healthy and mantain his weight but its sooooo expensive… i cant get a budget let along keep it please i need help i would love to cook healthy meals and be able to not spend all my money on just food thank you sooooo much
