actually frozen veges are better than fresh veges because all its nutriments are ‘fastened’ frozen intact into the vege like it wont fade of its vitamins/mineral strengths.. yes its faster to cook too as less chopping since its all done…
nothing wrong with sauce jar, sprinkling parmesian cheese is clever too, (i do that occassionally as well) making own sauce is a bonus especially for thos elong cooking with ‘left overs’ which you can use to make sauce, whereas in the quick cooking you dont have this oppurtunity there as it takes a long time to make sauce from scratch on its own…again nothing wrong with it….
