My name is Tam and I am from Bixby, OK. I am looking for ways to feed a family of four without having to go in debt. We seem to struggle making menus and keeping to them. It is so convenient to run to the store for ingredients when I see a new recipe that looks so good.
Problem is that my family and I love to eat. We cook together, make homemade breads, bake together and so food is part of us. We are all overweight and are trying to eat smaller portions and eat things that are healthier. I cam across the Budget 101 on Facebook and thought I can do this too.
We are trying to save for a deposit on buying a house. Think if I can reduce my grocery bill from $500 a month down to $250!
