Creamed Eggs On Toast

* 6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. butter
* 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
* 2 cups milk
* 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper, if desired
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour until it forms into a ball, cook approx 2 minutes, Slowly add the milk and stir until the sauce comes to a boil.

Add seasonings and chopped eggs into the sauce; stir until the eggs are heated. Serve over hot buttered toast, toasted english muffins or toasted bagels
