1 cup chopped fresh mangoes 1/2 cup chopped red onions 1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped Juice from 1 lime 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (12 oz.), softened 1/4 cup milk 4 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients except cream cheese, milk and peppers. Refrigerate 15 min. Mix cream cheese and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add peppers; mix well. Spread onto bottom of shallow dish. Strain mango mixture; discard strained liquid. Spoon mango mixture over cream cheese mixture.
