    Crockpot Baked Beans and Meatballs
Combining two great things in an easy way to prepare…what could be better! LOL!
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 cup wild rice, rinsed
2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans or make your own
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup mustard
1 (16-ounce) package frozen wild rice meatballs or make your own by preparing Liss’ turkey meatballs and using a pkg of wild rice
1/2 cup water or beef broth
Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart crockpot and mix gently to combine. Make sure wild rice is covered with liquid. Cover and cook on low for 6-9 hours or until wild rice is tender but firm and meatballs are hot.

May have to add more water or broth if making your own meatballs and using pkgd rice.
made this both ways and it was met with a huge YUM!
