    Wings and Drumsticks from roasted/rotisserie chicken
    1/2 cup celery sliced
    1/8 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/2 cup real mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1/4 cup onion diced
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 cloves garlic, minced

    Mix mayo, cilantro, garlic, onion, curry and celery. Chill in fridge until you’re ready to eat, then add the chicken.


    Absolutely fabulous in phyllo cups as an hors d’oeuvre. Just cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
