Joined in the hopes of reducing grocery spending in order to have more money for other things, such as clothes and travel for my family. I am a wife and mother of 3, 2 of which still live at home…so budget for family of four….and a few contributions to the oldest living on her own!!! My husband and son are hunters so we are always stocked up with red meat (wild game), but still buy chicken and bacon and some other meats. Would like to move away from processed foods such as boxed cereals and individually packaged snacks such as granola bars and apple sauce.

I feel as though I’ve been fairly frugal spending on average $175-200/week on groceries, cleaners, toileteries, pet supplies….but need to shave that down as much as possible. Looking forward to gaining some knowledge and tips in order to meet my goal of spending reduction!
