We’ve been flying to Spain for our annual trips for a few years straight now and we always end up staying right around the Estepona area. I fell for this spot so hard that I honestly have absolutely zero desire to check out any other resort towns. My husband and I are seriously considering buying some real estate down there so we can fly in for our own trips and just rent the place out whenever we don’t plan to be around for long periods. Where can we browse the available options to see what the market looks like right now?

You have to figure out all the community fees and local taxes that can sneak up and eat into your rental profits pretty fast. Hiring an independent lawyer who speaks English is the smartest move to guarantee the paperwork is completely clean before you sign anything. You might save some cash upfront by checking out newer townhouse communities slightly inland while still getting high rental demand from summer vacationers.

Sellers tend to list their most attractive options right before the peak season hits to attract the highest possible offers from overseas buyers. You can review properties for sale in Estepona here: https://spaindevelopments.com/properties/estepona . The site filters will let you sort everything by price and exact distance to the water. You can also check out the exact room layouts and the surrounding neighborhood amenities before you even book a flight for a viewing.
