I try to do several meatless meals a week but my list is getting old. Usually its spaghetti or beans…. Does anyone have any meatless menus or just recipes they use regular that are fairly kid friendly and not made with prepackaged products?

It’s great to hear you’re incorporating more meatless meals! Here are a few kid-friendly ideas that can add variety to your menu. Try making a delicious vegetable stir-fry with colorful bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, served over brown rice or quinoa. Another option is to prepare a hearty vegetable soup with lentils, tomatoes, and spinach, perfect for chilly days. You could also make homemade pizza using a whole wheat crust topped with marinara, fresh veggies, and mozzarella cheese.
