Grease 4 -10 oz ramekins, put 3/4 c. bread cubes in each ramekin; set asideIn a mixer combine cream cheese, whisk til smooth, add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking after each addition until smooth. Stir in milk, orange juice, syrup and orange peel until smooth and blended.
