My DH and I are both retired and onimit incomes. I try to find ways to save on my grocery bill. We both have health problems and I need to find easy and quick receipes that are cheap and nutrieous (sp) too. We do get Meals On Wheels 5 times a week.
There is a Health Care Provider that comes in 3 afternoons a week to fix meals. On the weekends I try to fix something in the crock pot, so I don`t have to be in the kitchen so much.
Any help in easy and quick meal preparations is appreciated.
