Start at the very first week of the $50 menu plan that we shared on the site and then read through the menus and see how we started with nothing and added to it and added to it ,etc until the freezers and pantry were full and we could continue to feed our fam for around $50 a week.

2011 was when we began sharing our $50 menu plan, so far we’ve shared 147 weeks in all. Just type in Week #1 in the search bar to locate the first week.
