Using Aldi’s ad I have another fake menu to offer up for your review and/or thoughts;-D
Sunday — baked ham, baked potatoes, and buttered corn…$2.97 (that’s the cost of the very small ham. Potatoes and corn were in the ‘larder.’)
Monday — zucchini rice bake…$2.97
Tuesday — ham and potato chowder with crusty bread…$5.37
Wednesday — Monday’s leftovers with buttered carrots… $.69
Thursday — Chef’s salad…$2.97
Friday — French onion soup and Thursday’s leftovers…$.99
Saturday — pepper stir-fry over rice…$5.97
Total for the week — $21.93
Ahem…I think that beats Liss’ usual plans by nearly $30! No offense Boss…giggle…
