Pineapple Slices
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
9 maraschino cherries, cut in half
1 Yellow Cake Mix ** You can use Homemade Cake Mix from Budget101.com!!Combine Butter and brown sugar, add an even amount to each muffin tin, add a slice of pineapple and a cherry in the middle. Mix the cake mix according to the directions on the mix but Use the reserved pineapple juice (in place of) the water! Pour the batter onto the pineapple, bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
