    Red flannel Hash is an old fashioned New England recipe that uses up the leftovers of a Boiled dinner (which consists of Corned Beef, Red Potatoes, onions, cabbage and carrots.)

    Chop up the remaining leftovers and fry them a large hot skillet until hot all the way through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, Serve with fried eggs or hot biscuits.
