This is a delicious snack cracker that’s super easy to make:

    1 box of saltine crackers
    1 cup canola oil
2 Tbs Copycat Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix (the dry mix)
    3 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Mix the pepper flakes, canola oil and copycat ranch dressing mix in a small bowl. Dump the crackers into a large bowl (that can be covered), pour the seasoning mix over the crackers, cover and shake gently to coat. Let them set 20 minutes or so, shake gently again.

Let them set at least 4 hours before eating for best flavor.
