    Unfortunately, the delivery didn’t go smoothly. The driver was delayed, and the item didn’t arrive on time, even though I paid extra for faster service. When I reached out to customer support, I didn’t get the help I needed to resolve the issue quickly. It felt like the whole experience wasn’t as reliable as I had hoped. Has anyone else dealt with delays or poor service from them?

    I gave roadie a shot to help with a delivery, but the experience was less than ideal. The driver was late, and communication throughout the process was poor. I was expecting a much smoother experience, especially for the price.
