    Spinach Salad With Sweet And Sour Dressing

    Dressing

    * 1 egg, beaten
    * 3/4 c. sugar
    * 1/2 tsp. salt
    * 1/2 c. wine vinegar

    Combine everything in a small saucepan, cook over low heat until bubbly and thick. Cool.

    Salad Ingredients:

    * 1 lg. bunch spinach, washed
    * 6 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
    * red onion, Sliced thinly
    * mushrooms, sliced thinly
    * hard-boiled eggs, sliced

    Mix salad together and top generously with cooled salad dressing
