• Chicken Wraps

    Making your own healthy chicken wraps is a cinch and they can be altered in a number of ways. Here are our delightful variations on an old favorite.

    Ingredients Per Wrap:
    1-2 Pieces of Cooked Breaded Chicken
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Shredded Cheese
    Flour Tortilla

    Variations:
    Bacon
    Jalapeno Slices
    Various types of cheese
    Leftover cooked veggies- Broccoli works well!
    Ranch Dressing


    Place a tortilla on a plate (warm in the microwave for 30 seconds first if you like!) add lettuce, tomato, and whatever
    else you like. Then add chicken, shredded cheese and any type of dressing you like, such as ranch or an asian dressing, etc. You're only limited by your imagination.

    Fold close and enjoy!
