1 1/2 c. Flour
1/3 c. unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 c. sugar
Combine those ingredients into a bowl, mix well and then pour into a ziploc bag. Write the remaining remaining
1 Recipe of Mix (as listed above)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. Melted Butter
Pour batter into a donut pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Fill each cavity 2/3's full to create perfectly shaped donuts. Bake at 325F for 8 minutes or until doughnuts spring back when touched.
Remove from pan and roll in granulated sugar.
For donut pans I prefer Norpro because they truly DONT stick and you can flip the pan over and use the cavity on the other
