Week 19 Grocery Notes: This weeks grocery budget, $12. I bought milk, bread, spinach, and strawberries. Everything else is either in the freezer or in the pantry due to the plentiful sales in previous weeks. With both freezers completely full, we’re working on clearing them out a bit!

May 9th- May 15th

Monday May 9th:

* Breakfast:Cereal w/ Strawberries
* Lunch :
egg salad sandwiches
* Dinner: Chili Relleno Bake

Tuesday
May 10th:

* Breakfast:Yogurt Parfaits
* Lunch :
Leftover Chili Relleno
* Dinner:
Amish Poor Man’s Steak, Riced Potatoes, Spinach

WednesdayMay 11th:

* Breakfast:Poached eggs on Toast
* Lunch :
Zesty Spinach Salad
* Dinner:
Grilled Pork Chops, Baked Potatoes w/ Chipotle Sour Cream, Steamed Green beans with garlic butter

ThursdayMay 12 th:

* Breakfast:Omelets & Toast
* Lunch :
Tuna Salad Sandwich
* Dinner:Hearty Taco Pasta

FridayMay 13th:

* Breakfast: Hot Cross Rolls w/ Maple Nut Butter
* Lunch :
Armadillo Potatoes
* Dinner:
Chicken Parmesan, Cajun Seasoned Rice, Steamed Veggie

SaturdayMay 14th:

* Breakfast:Homemade Donuts
* Lunch :
Chicken Wraps using leftover chicken
* Dinner:
Italian Dijon Marinated Pepper Steak, Roasted Rosemary Potato Wedges, Broccoli

Sunday May 15th:

* Breakfast:Yogurt Parfaits
* Lunch :Cheeseburgers & Chips
* Dinner:
Chorizo & Pepper Frittata

Various Snacks & Dessert Items:

* French Onion Dip & chips
* Homemade Microwave Popcorn
* Blue Ribbon Lemon Bars
* Granola bars
* Homemade Yogurt
* Pickled Eggs
* Sorbet

Drinks included:

* Iced Tea or herbal teas
* Coffee
* Lemonade
* Copycat Gatorade


A few things I’d like to share
