* 3/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium is fine!)
* 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 2 tablespoon chili sauce
* 1 tsp minced garlic
* 6-8 center cut pork
Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce and garlic into a small bowl, mixing well. Place chops in a ziploc or vacuum seal bag, add marinade, coating all the meat thoroughly. If using a ziploc bag, remove as much air as possible from the bag. Store in the fridge up to 48 hours prior to cooking.
To Cook: Grill 4-6 minutes on each side. (Meat should reach 160F internally)
If you're watching your sodium, reduce the amount of soy sauce to 1/2 c. and add 2 tsp Dijon Mustard. This will give it a little kick with less salt.
Oh- and as for the spiciness- it really isn't spicy, you could add 1 tsp of McCormicks
