One of our teenage sons is really making an effort to work out and get fit, in doing so he has cut out all white sugar from his diet. He’s been craving root beer floats for the past week or so and I thought we’d remedy it with making a root beer smoothie.
3/4 c. vanilla yogurt
4 T. Milk
1/2 tsp root beer extract
3/4 c. Ice cubes, crushed
Combine all ingredients in blender and give it a good whirl ! This is great for curbing a sweet tooth without piling on a mess of calories if you’re watching your figure.
