1 Large Corned Beef Brisket
1 Cabbage, Washed & Quartered
4-6 Potatoes, washed and halved
Carrots, peeled, washed and cut into 1/3rds
Dump the Corned
About 1.5 hours before serving time, add the cabbage & carrots to the top of the pot, cover and continue to cook.
About 50 minutes prior to serving, add the potatoes on top of the cabbage & carrots. Cover and continue to cook until meat is tender and all veggies are soft when pierced with a fork.
That's it, that's all there is to it. If you want to get fancy, you can make buttery yeast rolls to go with it.
