2 T. Dijon Mustard
2 T. Honey
2-3 c. chopped up cooked pork (leftover roasts work great!)
1 box (or 1 recipe) of Stove Top Stuffing
1/2 apple, peeled, cored and finely diced
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix stuffing according to directions, add finely diced apple, set aside. In a small bowl combine honey and dijon mustard, mixing until smooth. Pour over cooked pork, stirring
Serve with steamed veggies and cranberry sauce.
