1 can Bean Sprouts, Drained
1 lb chicken pieces (raw), or 2 c. cut up cooked meat (pork, chicken or turkey) (diced pieces)
2 Large Onions, cut into slices
2 stalks celery, cut into slices

If using leftover cooked meat, add the meat, bean sprouts, Chinese 5-spice seasoning and dash of pepper. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch into Cold chicken stock, mixing well. Pour over stir fry, stir well, cover and simmer about 2 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
This is one of lovely comfort food dishes that is very simple to throw together in a short period of time and can easily be extended to serve more people by adding another can of bean sprouts.
