Whilst enjoying the company of neighbors at a good ole’ fashioned bonfire, our tastebuds had the extreme pleasure of this filling, hearty stew. An enticing combination of shredded chicken, chilis, cilantro, diced tomatoes, corn and seasonings make this a wonderful warming choice on a cool day.
