Antipasto Ramen Salad
Meat, cheese, ramen and vegetables in an Italian marinade dressing. Simple and a little sinful, but will quench your hunger for an Italian dish.
1 pkg Ramen Noodles, any flavor- crushed, (seasoning in not needed, save for another recipe)
1/4 cup pepperoni, (chopped into pieces)
1/4 cup black olives, halved
1/8 cup bermuda onion, diced
Italian dressing to taste
shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook the ramen noodles according to package (omitting the seasoning!) and drain well. Add pepperoni, black olives, diced onion and mix well. Add italian dressing (as much as desired), serve over a bed of shredded lettuce. Top with shredded cheese just before serving.
This is delicious whether hot or completely cold.
