This shake has around 100 calories, but offers tons of flavor and really hits the spot if you're craving something chocolately sweet! For an extra burst of protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
3/4 cup Almond Milk
about 15 ice cubes
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 of Ripe Banana
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Omit the Cocoa Powder and add 1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries
